Perform at 70-80% w/ emphasis on quality of movement.

40 Single unders

20 Lunges

10 Push ups

400m Jog

*When finished choose a gymnastic skill to work on for 5-7minutes.

Ex. Kipping Pullups / Muscle up transitions / HSPU etc.
