Metcon (No Measure)

-forearm/wrist/hand warm-up and mobilization

-dynamic hip/knee/ankle mobilty

-spend a 5 minutes hanging active and passively with varying hand positions.

-banded overhead hangs in squat position.

-improv-roll/smash/mobiliize/hydrate tissues we find along the way.
