Working 1-on-1 with a coach is the quickest way to get the results you want. When you sign up for Personal Training with us, you’re signing up for a unique program specifically for you. If you have a specific goal in mind like losing weight, increasing strength, improving technique, or preparing for an event, personal training is a great option. You will work closely with your coach to identify goals and track progress.
We recommend you take advantage of at least one Personal Training session per week along with your Group Classes to ensure maximum results.
BUILD SPECIFIC SKILL SETS: Want to perfect your pull-up, conquer a muscle-up or dial in your handstand push-ups? Private coaching sessions are a great way to focus on and strengthen specific skill sets important to improving your overall CrossFit ability.
