Perform 1 drop snatch , once in bottom position perform 3 Sotts presses

3 x 3 snatch PP + OHS (Build for 15-20 min)

3 snatch grip push press into 3 OHS

Clean and Jerk (Cluster 1.1.1 x 3 ; build over sets)
