Perform 1 rep every 30s, start @ 65-70%
Front Squat (Build to a heavy in 15 min)
Power Clean (5 x 3 , drop n go AHAP)
Snatch EMOM (Start @ 60%)
12 min EMOM of 2 heavy-ish snatches
