A) Dorsiflexor stretch, neck openers, shoulder openers.
B) Mobility WOD’s (3 rounds each)
1) Core/Toe touch, quad shin roll, child’s pose
2) Hip Thrust, Thoracic ext, ring prog.
3) Scap. Mob, Dynamic Squat, Lizard.
C) Choose active recovery or continue working on more specific mobility or skill.
