- 6/side weighted Halos
- 12 Russian swings – mod/heavy
- 12 Lying leg raises
MODs
- No weight deadlift – toe touch
- Light weight Russian swings
- Lying knee tucks
Strategy
- Set yourself up to move well and move consistently
If the 1 leg deadlifts throw you off balance, hold onto
an object
- Be sure to squeeze your glutes at the top of swings
- On the leg raises be sure to keep heels off floor
