5 rounds of

  • 6/side – 1 leg deadlift
  • 6/side weighted Halos
  • 12 Russian swings – mod/heavy
  • 12 Lying leg raises

MODs

  • No weight deadlift – toe touch
  • Light weight Russian swings
  • Lying knee tucks

Strategy

  • Set yourself up to move well and move consistently
    If the 1 leg deadlifts throw you off balance, hold onto
    an object
  • Be sure to squeeze your glutes at the top of swings
  • On the leg raises be sure to keep heels off floor
