Odd: 12 Box/Plate Jump/Step-Ups
-Can pair up and start on opposite movements in order to share equipment.

10 MB Power Jacks

10 MB Russian Twists

10 Lateral Hops/Steps Over WB
-Start at lobby side. Carry WB down to rig wall, complete 10 Wall Ball Shots. Come back, tag teammate who will complete the same movement. Cycle through exercises in order.

Max Distance MB Toss

3x Underhand

3x Backward Toss
-After each toss, sprint to get ball and run it back so your teammate can go.
