HOW DO CROSSFIT AND BURN & BUILD DIFFER?
CrossFit and Burn & Build are both strength and conditioning programs. CrossFit incorporates the Olympic Lifts (Clean & Jerk, Snatch)with a barbell and focuses on higher level gymnastic movements. CrossFit is scalable for every athlete. Burn & Build is less technical and barbells are only used during the strength portion of the class.
Ready to give CrossFit a try? Join us for a Free CrossFit Intro Class where you'll warm up with the class then review some basic movements with a coach and end with a brief workout. We'll even be able to tell you if you're ready to jump into our regular classes or if you need to complete our OnBoarding program. Be sure to look for the class description “FREE CROSSFIT INTRO CLASS”.
BURN & BUILD
For your Burn & Build trial be sure to select the class that says “Burn & Build”. Arrive ten minutes early and our coach will provide you with a overview of the movements you’ll be performing in the class. Come on in and make the most of your workout!
