After your FREE Intro Class your next step is On-Boarding.  During your On-Boarding classes you will learn the fundamentals of CrossFit, get acquainted to our community and work closely with your coach to dial in some preliminary technique.  On-Boarding consists of 3 additional classes and one group class chaperoned with your On-Boarding coach. If you are interested in personal training, we can work with you to identify the best coach to help you meet your goals.
