Bio
I’ve played sports for as long as I can remember from playing soccer as a little kid to basketball in middle school and now track and field in high school. My mom introduced me to CrossFit several years ago, but it was in 2019 I began my own CrossFit journey. In the beginning I looked at CrossFit to enhance my athletic ability in whatever sport I was playing at that time.
As time has gone on CrossFit has become a foundational part of my life. It not only has benefited my overall physical health but my mental health too. I love the CrossFit and BCF community because everyone motivates and pushes each other to perform past their limits. I’m excited to become a larger part of the BCF community!
Outside of BCF I enjoy playing basketball, listening to music, cooking, eating and will be graduating from Westview High School in June 2024
