Main – Mobility with Roskopf
Mobility Lab: Beaverton Crossfit, Thursday August 14th, 6:30pm
The next 4 weeks we will be spending 1/2 the class time on Front rack mobility and strengthening via thoracic, anterior/posterior shoulder/chain, and downstream at the elbow and wrists. The rest of class will be on overall body mobility and recovery. Don’t know what any of this means? Show up and find out….Btw, I think Supple Leopards are amazing, but being a dog person, I like the sound of Supple Shepherds……

30 minutes: Mobilization and recovery for Hip/Knee/Ankles.
