10 Ring Muscle-ups
MOD’s:

Knee tucks on box > Hanging Knee tucks > Hollow Hold

Step back step up > Plank burpee > elevated plank burpee (bench)

Bar MU > Feet elevated Ring row + Ring Dip > chin over bar + bench dip
