What is Burn & Build?


Whether your goal is to get a great workout, clear your mind, be social or get competitive, Burn & Build will keep you engaged and motivated. Each one-hour class is broken up into a warmup, a strength section, a conditioning segment, and accessory work. The segments will change daily, keeping your workouts fresh and exciting EVERY SINGLE TIME! All you have to do is show up and leave the rest to our amazing certified coaches.

What can you expect from Burn & Build?

Our Burn & Build class is equipped with rowing machines, Assault Bikes, kettlebells, medicine balls, TRX straps, dumbbells, barbells, sandbags, bumper plates, bands, and much more!


Each workout is designed to stimulate a different metabolic pathway. Within weeks you will notice a difference in your strength, energy, and your overall fitness level. Whether it be for fat loss, general conditioning, or elite level athletics, the added motivation of having others working out with you pushes you to a new level.

How is Burn & Build Different from CrossFit?

CrossFit and Burn & Build are both strength and conditioning programs. The main difference is that there is less skill work and less barbell work in the Burn & Build program. CrossFit incorporates the Olympic Lifts (Clean & Jerk, Snatch) with a barbell while the Burn does not. CrossFit will use the barbell more often in workouts. Burn & Build will use barbells mostly only during the strength portion of class and usually dumbbells and kettlebells during the conditioning part.
