When you sign up for personal or small group training with us, you’re provided with a specific program catered towards your goals and needs. Our individualized programs have brought results to clients across all ages and sports.

Training Options

1-on-1 Sessions

Receive focused attention during in-person sessions, which last between 30 and 60 minutes, based on your goals.

Small Group Sessions

Train in small groups (2-5 athletes) with individuals who share similar goals.

“I originally began training with Derick Shoda when I was preparing for Denali, the tallest peak in North America. On the Denali expedition, I’d be carrying a 60-70lbs pack plus dragging 35-40lbs on a sled uphill for 3 weeks on ice and snow – I quickly realized it was going to require some serious strength. Derick has been key in my mountaineering success – he has tailored strength training for my expeditions, and I’ve since summited Denali, Aconcagua, and Everest. On these expeditions, I felt strong and had limited muscle soreness even after a 16-hour summit day to the top of the world! Derick takes the time to understand what might be needed for each mountain, constantly reevaluating what needs focus, and, most importantly, has kept me injury-free.”

Our daughter started working with Derick when she was 9 years old. She is an athletic kid and we wanted to find someone who could work with her to build strength and improve on her athletic ability while preventing injury. Derick has been that person for us. She has become a solid and confident athlete. She is now 12 and still looks forward to seeing coach Derick weekly.
