Bumper Plate Relay
-Carry bumper plate from lobby side to rig side of gym and set down. Complete burpee and step or jump over plate. Run back, tag partner, and partner adds to stack, completing a burpee step or jump over each time. After all members have brought down one plate, they will then run down, complete a burpee jump/step over plate, take one plate back and then next team member goes until there are no longer any plates at rig side.
