A: Deadlift (10 min EMOM 3 DL @70-75% )

*Dead Stop

*Double overhand for as long as possible

B: Metcon (Time)

For time:

100 Burpees

*200m Run to start and then again every 2 minutes
*Push pace on burpees.

*Modify to finish run in roughly 1 minute.

15-17minute time CAP
